The Johnny Walker Golf Classic is being held at the Vines course in Western Australia this weekend. Apparently this is a lovely golf course and it is nice to see them host this tournament again. Sportsbet.com.au has always been dedicated to bringing punters a huge range of betting options when it comes to golf.
There is a huge European contingency turning up to play, so it would not be a surprise if one of them wins. The favourite, however, is Camillo Villegas who is currently at $8.00. This guy is the most exciting thing to happen to golf for many years and it will be a treat for the locals to watch a guy that will hopefully one day challenge Tiger Woods. The $8.00 appears to be very short though, so you might want to look for a little bit more value. Richard Green ($23.00) has just been getting better and better and might head up the local challenges. Brett Rumford is a real local and grew up playing the course, so he must be great value at $51.00. Niclas Fasth is at a very inviting 100/1 and is more than capable if he can find the form he has shown in the past. There are also some veterans playing who may need to be carried around the course. Colin "Mrs Doubtfire" Montgomerie, Greg "where did all my money go" Norman, Craig "popeye" Parry and Peter "cash converters" Senior will all be teeing off and will all be lucky to make the weekend. I think the bet of the weekend would be Niclas Fasth at $2.45 in the opening round three ball against two players you have never heard of. The great thing about golf is that you can always expect to get some value if you can come up with the right pick. Hope your man finds the fairway. News CategoriesRSS xml feed
