Will 2009 Be Another Winning Season For Lewis Hamilton?

McClaren The Formula 1 season is just around the corner and as I always say, there are plenty of reasons for having a futures bet now, not later. Firstly you can get a very juicy price about the top chances especially if you can see them get off to a flyer. The second good reason is that you get plenty of bang for your buck as you get to cheer them on all year.
Ladbrokes.com has a competitive market on who will be the Drivers Champion this year. The favourite is last year's champion, the pride of Britain, Lewis Hamilton at $3.00. There is no doubt that the man is a gun driver, but it is not as if he streaked the field last year and think there is far too much sentimental money behind him.

second favourite at $4.00 and the flying Finn has certainly got a very good chance. I really like Ferrari's Felipe Massa who is the third favourite at $5.00. Most of the teams have been testing at Bahrain and he has been recording the fastest times. He will certainly be close to the top of the leaderboard all season.
The interesting runner is Robert Kubica who is at $7.00. I always am interested in a driver who is clearly favoured over his team mate. His team mate at BMW Sauber is Nick Heidfeld who is currently showing $17.00. Heidfeld has been recording some impressive times in Bahrain so either the market is clearly wrong or the wraps on Kubica must be huge.
The other interesting market will be the Constructors Championship, which will see Ferrari battle it out against McLaren Mercedes. BMW Sauber looks the only other possibility, but they would really need to pull something out of the hat. Have a look around and do some research and get on now while the going is good.
