Ricky Ponting The Cricket has seen some interesting betting situations happen over the last few months. The Australians keep starting games as favourites and keep losing.
They are playing the Kiwis at the moment in a one day series and the Kiwis have already won the first game. The Kiwis have always been a far more competitive one day side even if they have struggled in the Test arena. That being said, the Aussies are a stronger outfit and they should be desperate to start to turn things around. The only problem is that the Aussies will still be starting all of these games at well under $1.50.
The Aussies then have interesting tours to South Africa and England to look forward to and it can only be said that you

might want to keep backing against the Aussies that have been consistent winners over the last 20 years.
The other interesting series going on at the moment is in the Caribbean where the English are trying to get in form for their big summer against the Aussies later this year. The West Indians have been better than expected and new coach John Dyson has appeared to have the team believing they can compete. The English on the other hand have problems with in-fighting which has always been their biggest problem.
It's a fascinating series to watch and bet on as both teams have plenty to play for. The West Indians are off to a good start but you might find some excellent value on the Poms later in the series.
