NRL - Round Twenty One Preview

The Wests Tigers looms as an excellent betting proposition this weekend. The Bulldogs who were destroyed by the Saints last week should be powerless to stop a Tigers outfit that are certainly on the comeback trail after a horrible run since their premiership. The Dogs on the other hand continue to slip into the abyss of Sonny Bills legacy, an outgoing coach and a tired, directionless playing list. Get on the Tigers at the 13+ and I think you will get a nice collect.

The toughest game of the round appears to be the local Southern Derby between the Sharks and the Dragons. Both sides are travelling fairly well and this will be a hard fought affair. The Sharks will start favourites but the Saints seem to be playing their best football for some time and should at least appear competitive.

The Monday night game appears to be very interesting with Parramatta and Newcastle both having to win to desperately keep their season alive. It is also the battle of the coaches, with Hagen and Smith, who traded positions a few years back adding to the intrigue. The betting has the Knights a clear 6.5 favourites and it appears they will have too much grit against a Parramatta outfit that for one of the pre season favourites has been nothing sort of disgraceful.
